The Company Targeted escalations is an add-on to the standard Notification and Escalations module. The below article will give you a quick guide on how to use this feature.
The Company Targeted escalations is used to notify when contractor companies insurances are expiring. It works in the same way as the standard notifications and escalations module.
When opening up the Notifications and Escalations (from your settings menu), you will find an additional tab named "Company (Targeted)".
To add a new group you will need to click the Add button. From here you can then set up the trigger and target for your escalation.
The trigger refers to the types of insurance you are selecting.
The target has two options for people who can be notified;
- the Company Contact Person; or
- the Contractor Manager (this is a Worker)
You will then need to populate the rest of the fields before saving.
Ensure you tick the Active tick box to ensure this notification is active.
