We recommend using FileZilla as your FTP client as it is free and easy to use.
If you haven't already downloaded FileZilla, click here (this may require assistance from your IT).
Log into your Vault and head to the 'Settings Menu' click on the 'Synchroniser - Employee' button. In the bottom left hand corner you will see the FTP credentials as shown in screenshot below.
Click on the 'Site Manager' button as shown below.
Click on the 'New Site' button and enter in FTP credentials from your Vault, once this is done click 'OK'
Use the dropdown arrow to select 'Your Company' (this is what you've named as above)
You can then drag and drop the file(s) into the box reading 'Empty directory listing'.
When the file uploads it will appear as shown below.
