Live Link - Vault Solo App

OVERVIEW

The Live functionality will only be available to those users with administrator or manager level access within Solo. The Web Site functionality provides ‘in-app’ access to Vault Solo Live and its functionality.

Prior to actioning this process you will:

• Have accessed the Vault Solo App BUT not be in an active session.

PROCEDURE 

1. Access ‘in-app’ Vault Solo Live
   

• From the Landing page or from within an Active Session.
• Tap the Menu mosaic.

• From the resulting menu.
  

• Tap the Web Site icon.

Result: The Vault Solo Live login page will display

• Tap the Email field.
• Enter your email address (username) via the device keyboard.
• Tap the Password field.
• Enter your password via the device keyboard.
• Tap Login to complete logging in to Vault Solo Live.

Note: If you have logged into the Vault Solo app via a token you will not be able to access Vault Solo Live ‘in-app’.

Result: The Vault Solo Live dashboard will display
