The All Users section within Solo Platform provides access to your Organisation's Solo Mobile/Wearable app user details and Session information, including location, status and Driver Behaviour data (where the SoloDrive feature is enabled).
The section is only visible to Solo Platform - Operations Managers and Manager of Workers roles.
This article explains how to navigate and make use of the information that can be obtained from this section of Solo Platform. Watch the below video, and/or refer to the rest of the article for additional detail.

The All Users Table - Navigation
The All Users Table displays key information about all Workers registered for access to the Solo Mobile/Wearable app, no matter if they have ever been in an active session.
|Name||The namer of the user whose information is being displayed.|
The device type being used and its last-known battery status.
|Start||The start time of the last active session commenced by the user being displayed, if applicable.|
|Last||The time at which the last action was performed by the user being displayed e.g. Check-in, if currently in a session.|
|Next Check-in||The time at which the next check-in is scheduled to be performed by the user being displayed, if currently in a session.|
|End||The time at which the last active session was ended by the user being displayed, if not in a current session.|
The current session status of the user being displayed. These include:
Inactive: User is not in a current session
Active: User is in a current session, has not missed an expected check-in, no manual or automatically-raised alerts in place
Suspended: User paused their current session, location tracking has been stopped, no further check-ins expected until session resumed
Missed Check-in: User failed to check-in by the expected time, according to the selected profile.
Alert: User manually triggered the Alert state via their device
Alert (Fall Detected): Solo detected a fall, User did not respond within 5 seconds when Solo asked if they are OK. (Solo Wearable users only)
Alert (Fall Confirmed): Solo has detected a fall, User confirmed that help is required. (Solo Wearable users only)
Vehicle Collision Detected - No Response: Solo detected a collision, User did not respond within 1 minute when Solo asked if help required. (SoloDrive feature required)
Vehicle Collision - Help Needed: Solo detected a collision, User confirmed that help is required. (SoloDrive feature required)
The All Users Table - Function
The All Users table can be used to display all users in any status or only those using particular profiles, via standard filtering options and the table also provides a direct worker search.
These options can help in locating/displaying specific groups of workers or a specific worker and the table also allows access to the full record of current and historical session details.
To filter the table information:
Note: As each option is selected, a blue banner will be placed in the "selected filters" area to show the selected data sets the table is currently being filtered by.

Result: The selected worker details will show in full.
User details page
User detail - General & Session detail.
Situated on the left of the User Details page, the General and Session details display key information about the selected worker and all available information about that workers current Solo Mobile/Wearable app session if they are currently "in-session".

Situated in the centre of the User Details page, the timeline displays all activities, whether automatic or manual, that have taken place or have been requested during the selected worker's current Solo Mobile/Wearable app session if they are currently "in-session".

The activity that took place
Where a session involves the User being the driver or passenger in a moving vehicle, activities that took place during a single trip are linked together by a heavy grey line:
User detail - Location/Map.
Situated on the right of the User Details page, the map displays all recorded locations and all activities, whether automatic or manual, that have taken place during that worker's current Solo Mobile/Wearable app session.
The Dot colours replicate/represent the activities shown in the timeline, and their placement shows the location that each activity in the timeline occurred at.
A grey line on the map represents the route taken during a detected trip (i.e. where the User was the driver or a passenger in a moving vehicle, if SoloDrive is enabled).
A light blue line connects recorded locations where the User was not in a moving vehicle. Note that light blue lines do not necessarily show all facets of the route taken by the User and are affected by a number of factors including the GPS collection frequency (as defined by the selected Profile) and GPS signal strength.
User detail - Sessions Table.
Situated at the bottom of the User Details page, the sessions table displays key information in relation to historical sessions undertaken by that worker.
The record session number.
Any mandatory or optional information loaded into the profile information fields at the start of the session.
The start date and time of the session.
The end date and time of the session, if inactive.
The status of the session record.
View details action button.
User detail - Sessions Table: Filter and View Historical Sessions.
The session table can be filtered to show sessions within the last 7, 30 or 100 days.
To modify the number of days:
To View a historical session:
Result: The Session Details pop-up will display.
To view the activity coordinates:
Result: The selected dot will display the required activities location details.
To view SoloDrive score and Driver Behaviour information:
Result: The overall SoloDrive score and count of detected Driver Behaviours for the session is displayed. Where more than one trip was detected during the session, click 'See individual trips' to view the breakdown.
To return to the user detail again:
Note: All the same Google Map functionalities can be used in the historical session pop-up.
User detail - Edit User Details.
From the user details page, you can also access the Edit User Details functionality, note that this is only available to the access level of Operations Manager.
To access the Edit User Details function:
Result: The Edit User Details screen will display.
Proceed with all actioning any edits required via the View / Edit / Delete User(s) process.
