Key changes
Enhanced JSA/SWMS
The updated JSA/SWMS module, which enhances the existing module located at Risk > JSA/SWMS, provides the following added features:
- Uses more clear and appropriate terminology in general
- Allows using user-customisable organisational language in the UI
- Introduces the concepts of:
- JSA/SWMS types and templates, which control the composition of associated JSA/SWMS on screen and in print and allow setting some default values.
- Generic and specific JSA/SWMS, which allows creating generic SWMS for work activities that are carried out on a regular basis and then creating site- and job-specific SWMS based on the generic ones.
- Allows creating more detailed JSA/SWMS documents with more metadata
- Provides an improved printed output of the JSA/SWMS document

- Storing metadata related to these documents (approval information, tracking of updates, comments, supporting documents and so on).
- Associating these documents with appropriate assets (Transport or Plant/Equipment).
The links are also traceable from the details of the respective assets.
