Overview
The My Settings area within Solo Platform can ONLY be viewed if the applicable system is a Standalone Solo Platform Service.
Note: If your system is part of the Damstra Safety product suite - these functions are actioned directly in Damstra Safety and pull across to Solo Platform.
The area provides access to the General Info and Company Details sections of Solo Platform:
- The General Info Tab allows you to set the Language, Date Format.
- The Company Logo Tab allows you to set the Company Name, add a Company Logo, Stipulate the Head Office address and allocate the ABN or NZBN for your company
- The Custom Content Tab allows you to Co-Brand / Customise the Solo Mobile App home screen with your own Company logo and or message.
These details will need to be loaded manually into Solo Platform by an Operations Manager or Administrator.
Prior to actioning this process you will:
- Have logged into Solo Platform.
ACCESS
Access Settings Menu - General Info in Standalone Solo Platform
- To access the Settings Menu.
- Click on the Profile icon in the top right hand corner.
- Click Settings.
Result: The Settings Table will display.
- Click My Settings.
Result: The General Info Tab will display.
Add New Details / Edit Existing
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the General Info settings:
- Click the Required field.
- Enter/Select the new details or format.
- Click the Save Button.
Access Settings Menu - Company Details
- From the My Settings Table.
- Click on Company Details tab.
Result: The Company Details screen will display.
Add New Details / Edit Existing
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the Company Details settings:
- Use the check boxes to Select if you wish for any new company logo to be displayed on Solo Platform, Solo Mobile App (User Profile screen) or both.
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the Company Logo:
- Click the Browse Button.
- Select the required logo from a local drive.
- Double Click the image
OR
Highlight / Click Open.
Result: The New Company information will display.
IF: you wish to Add/Edit the Company Details:
- Click the Required field.
- Enter/Select the new details or format.
- Click the Save Button.
Access Settings Menu - Custom Content
- From the My Settings Table.
- Click on Custom Content tab.
Result: The Custom Content screen will display.
Add New Details / Edit Existing
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the Custom Content:
- Check or Un-check the 'Use Default Content' check box.
Note: Un-checking the box unlocks the customise content fields for you to edit. Checking the box locks these fields and ensures that only system default information is shown on the Solo Mobile App home page.
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the Company Logo seen on the Solo Mobile App home screen:
- Click the Browse Button.
- Select the required logo from a local drive.
- Double Click the image
OR
Highlight / Click Open.
Result: The New Company information will display.
IF: you wish to Add / Edit the message seen on the Solo Mobile App home screen:
- Click the Message Field.
- Enter the required message.
Note: The Message field supports rich text formatting.
- Click the Save Button.
