Logging In - Solo Mobile

OVERVIEW

This video shows the actions and steps required to install, access and log in to the Solo Mobile app, including the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) process.

You will learn how to:

• Download and install the app for your device's App Store
• Log in to the Solo Mobile app via a username and password
• Log in to the Solo Mobile app via a Token

PRE-REQUISITES

Prior to actioning this process, you will have already:

• been provided with a username & password or “Token” by your Operations Manager or Systems Administrator to access the App
