Clearing Your Cache - Internet Explorer

Open your web browser.

On your home page, select ‘Ctrl’, ‘Shift’ & ‘Delete’ on your keyboard at the same time.

The following window should open on the right. Select the following that are ticked as shown below, then select ‘Clear’.

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer these may be named slightly differently. You may need to tick 'Temporary Internet files and website files' and 'Cookies and website data'. Refer to your IT Help if you are unsure.
