Add an Event - Damstra Safety

OVERVIEW
“An Event is anything that has caused or had the potential to cause harm”. 

The following video and written procedure relate to adding an event directly into Damstra Safety. The example used is logging an “Injury” type event. It covers ALL sections that could be included in other event types, both work and non-work related, and therefore it may include sections that are NOT included in the event you're working on.
The result will be an event logged into the Events or Non-Work-Related Events Register within Damstra Safety ready for action.
