OVERVIEW
KPI hours are combined with your Damstra Safety incident data to automatically generate the Lost Time Injury Frequency rate which is a key industry performance measure.
The following process outlines how to add KPI hours manually into your Damstra Safety.
PROCEDURE
- Log into your Damstra Safety system
- Click the Settings icon and Select Settings
- Select Set KPI hours from within the General Section
- Ensure that the Year field is set correctly.
If it requires adjustment, click on the down facing chevron and select the correct option from the drop-down. - Set the month for the hours you are going to enter.
If it requires adjustment, click on the down facing chevron and select the correct option from the drop-down. - From the list on the left hand side of the screen.
Locate the site that you want to add hours against. You will have an option to add Employee Hours and/or Contractor Hours.
To add hours to Employee Hours, double click on the ‘0’ and type in the hours that apply.
Repeat the process to add hours to the Contractor field.
As you click elsewhere on the screen, or into the next box, the hours you have loaded will be saved automatically.
Note: Hours can only be added to the “blue sites” from your organisation structure, not the red levels.
