OVERVIEW
Check is a complete mobile inspection solution, providing the ability for Administrators and Managers to create, schedule, and assign inspections, and for Users (Inspectors) to carry out and submit inspection results.
The solution consists of two discrete applications:
CHECK WEB PORTAL
A cloud-based application delivered via your web browser, Check Web Portal provides Administrators and Managers with the ability to:
- Create Check Templates
- Amend Check Templates
- Setup Scoring Systems
- Schedule and assign a one-off planned Check
- Schedule and assign a recurring planned Check
- Manage (view, edit, delete) an existing recurring Check
- Work with Actions
- View Check Status and outcomes in the Check Register
CHECK MOBILE APP
An app for Apple and Android devices, Check Mobile App provides Users with the ability to:
- Complete an ad-hoc Check
- Complete a planned Check
- View historical Checks submitted from the device
- Perform a manual sync
