OVERVIEW
The Check Web Portal Dashboard provides an overview of scheduled and completed Checks and Corrective Actions in a chronological context. Note that Audit data may also be displayed in the same Dashboard if your Organisation also subscribes to Audit.

ACCESSING THE CHECK WEB PORTAL DASHBOARD
The Check Web Portal Dashboard can be found within the Dashboard section of the Check Web Portal Menu bar:
UNDERSTANDING THE USER INTERFACE
The Check Web Portal User Interface is made up of the following sections. The below screenshot will be referred-to throughout this article:

VIEWING MONTHLY COUNT OF CHECK ACTIVITIES
The Monthly Count charts (Fig 1) display a count of completed and planned Check activities and Corrective Actions (Y axis) for a particular month (X axis). Hover over any data point to view the count value:
VIEWING SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED CHECKS IN A CALENDAR
The Calendar View (Fig 2) displays pending and completed planned and ad-hoc Checks against a Calendar view. Use the back and forward buttons to progress backwards and forwards through the months of the calendar. Click the Today button to return to the current month:
Pending planned Checks are displayed on their due date within the calendar view with a 'calendar' icon, e.g:
Completed Checks (planned or ad-hoc) are displayed on the date of completion within the calendar view with a 'tick' icon, e.g:
Where there are more Checks that are planned or completed for a single day than can fit within the Calendar view, a link will be displayed indicating the number of additional items. Click this link to view the additional items:
VIEWING SCHEDULED CHECKS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IN A TASK-LIST
The Tasklist View (Fig 3) displays all pending planned Checks and Corrective Action in a table view in order of oldest-to-newest.
Use the standard page browsing controls to move from one page to the next:
Click an Item name to view its details:
The Check Web Portal Dashboard can be downloaded as a report in PDF format by clicking the Print button (Fig 4). The Count Charts and Task-list View sections will be included.
