Accessing the BI Default Dashboard

 This article is applicable only to organisations who have subscribed to the Vault Business Intelligence product; and is intended for the Vault Administrator only

This guide will take you through the steps to view a default dashboard added by Vault and saving it as a default view for when you log into the Vault BI system: 

1. Select the navigation menu from the left-hand side of the BI menu.
   
   
   
2. Select 'Browse' and then 'Dashboards' to view all existing dashboards in your system. 
   
   
   
3. Select the dashboard you wish to view, the default dashboard added to systems is called 'Board'.
   
   
   
4. Click 'Add' to add the Board dashboard as a permanent tab, this will ensure it shows up each time you log in to BI.
