On Tuesday 24th October "Vault Support Portal/Help Centre" will be undergoing maintenance from 8am - 11am. Please note that this may result in some unforeseen performance issues with support portal functionality. During this time your patience would be greatly appreciated.
- The Community page will be split into topics for each Vault Module, Vault Settings, App's & Web Portal - all existing feature requests will be reallocated to the appropriate topic.
- "New Post" now requires selection of either Feature Request or Discussion via a dropdown.
- Removal of the current Feature Request topic.
- Removal of Safety Talk topic.
These Changes are to reformat how our "Feature Requests" functionality works within the Support portal. This will enable us to better report, assess and communicate on all feature requests submitted by our users.
