Aust. BI Server Performance Issues

We are currently investigating issues accessing BI on our Australian Platform.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will update this page once we know more.

UPDATE 07/06/2019

We are performing urgent maintenance on our infrastructure tonight (Friday 7th June 2019) for a short period between the hours of 8 PM -11 PM AEST (10pm-12am NZT).

The expected downtime will be less than 10 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during this time.

UPDATE 10/06/2019

We have made some enhancements to our infrastructure over the weekend that should improve performance on this platform.  Please contact Support if you are still experiencing performance issues.
