As you're aware we've been working on a migration project to transition our customers, products and services onto the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. The key reasons for this are improved data security, improved platform robustness and increased flexibility in product improvements for you.
We are now completing the migration of the two remaining systems off the legacy platforms:
- Check and Notify applications; and
- Vault BI configuration database
The migration of these systems will require a service outage window of around six hours during which ALL Vault services will be impacted.
To help you plan and to minimise the impact as much as possible, the outage is planned for:
- Date: Sunday 26 July 2020
- Start: AEST 8am / NZST 10am
- Finish: AEST 2pm / NZST 4pm
We will share a project status landing page and a mechanism for registering any support queries. These details will be communicated to you in the week leading up to the services migration.
