Overview
Following content in the support portal allows you to receive automated updates via email every time a new item is created and added/edited in your "Followed" content. You can follow both Sections and Articles thus keeping you up to date with all that is new in the most efficient way possible.
Note: the following process can be used for ANY support portal content.
Procedure
If there is a particular Section or Article of content within the Knowledge base you wish to follow.
- Select Knowledge Base from the Support Portal Home page.
From the resulting Resource Library.
- Click on a Module to expand it's content. e.g. Risk
From the resulting Sections (Orange Font) and Articles (Grey Font):
IF you wish to follow a Section i.e. be advised every time a New Article is published into a section.
- Click on a Section you wish to follow.
IF you wish to follow an Article i.e. be advised every time a this Article is updated.
- Click on a Article you wish to follow.
IF you wish to follow a Section - From the selected Section:
- Click on the follow button.
- And select New articles.
IF you wish to follow an Article - From the selected Article:
- Click on the follow button.
This will result in the receipt of an email update every time new content is added/edited in the Sections or Articles you have followed.
Repeat this process until all required content has been "followed".
