Manage Transport Headings - Damstra Safety

OVERVIEW

The Transport Headings section within Settings allows control over a number of things that impact the layout of the Transport Register and the type of information that can be entered into Certifications and Custom Text Fields tabs of Transport items. These include:

• the certificate types that can be recorded within the Certifications tab of a Transport item
• the default expiry periods for those certificate types
• the custom fields that appear within the Custom Text Fields tab of a Transport Item

PROCESS

These options are available in Settings, which can be found under the Profile icon at the top of the screen:

Click to expand the Assets section, then click Transport Headings:

To select the certification types that can be recorded within a Transport item:

Click the Heading with Expiry tab and tick the checkboxes next to certificate types you would like to enable:

Set the default expiry for each ticked item using the drop-down boxes:

Note that items marked with  may be edited to suit your needs. Simply click the icon and enter the required name, then click :

To define and select the custom fields that will appear within the Custom Text Fields tab of a Transport Item:

Click on the Heading with Text tab:

Click on the  icon and enter the required name, then click :

Tick the checkboxes next to fields you would like to enable.

Once all selections have been made, click Back to return to Settings. The settings have now been applied.
