USER AUTHORISATION
Before a User can work with Check Web Portal, the following procedures must be followed in order to:
- Enable the ability for the User to launch Check Web Portal
- Provide the User with the appropriate level of read / write access to Sections within Check Web Portal
ENABLE THE ABILITY TO LAUNCH CHECK WEB PORTAL
- From any screen in Damstra Safety, click the Profile icon, then Settings:
- Click to expand the Users section, then click User Group Profiles:
- Locate the User Group that requires access to Check Web Portal, then click Actions, then Edit Group Access:
- Locate the Check option within the Compliance Module, and grant permission to it by clicking the item until a green tick appears, then click Save:
Result: Any user belonging to this User Group will now see Vault Check within the Compliance module of Damstra Safety.
SET READ/WRITE ACCESS TO SECTIONS WITHIN CHECK WEB PORTAL
- From any screen in Damstra Safety, click the Profile icon, then Settings:
- Click to expand the Users section. Then, Click User Authorisation:
- Locate the User requiring access. Click Actions, then click Edit:
- Select the level of access required from the following options:
- Admin Access:
- Dashboard: Read/Write
- Check Register: Read/Write
- Plan: Read/Write
- Actions: Read/Write
- Templates: Read/Write
- Settings: Read/Write
- Manager Access:
- Dashboard: Read/Write
- Check Register: Read/Write
- Plan: Read/Write
- Actions: Read/Write
- Templates: Read/Write
- Settings: Read only
- User Access:
- Dashboard: Read/Write
- Check Register: Read/Write
- Plan: Read/Write
- Actions: Read/Write
- Templates: No Access
- Settings: Read only
- Admin Access:
- Click Save.
Result: The User now has the selected Access profile for Check Web Portal and can work according to the associated permissions of that profile.
