Viewing Historical Checks - Check Mobile App

OVERVIEW

In addition to the Register section of Check Web Portal, the outcome of planned and ad-hoc Checks may be viewed in the History section of the Check Mobile App of the device where the Check was carried-out.

This article explains how to:

• Access the History section of Check Mobile App
• Locate a historical Check
• Download the outcome of the Check

NOTE: If the app is deleted from a device, the history will also be deleted and cannot be restored. However, it will remain available in Check Web Portal.

PROCEDURE

1. Tap the Menu  icon:
   
   
   
2. Tap History:
   
   
   
3. Historical Checks are displayed, grouped together by date. Locate the Historical Check you would like to retrieve and tap the download icon:
   
   
   

Result: A PDF report of the Historical Check is downloaded to the device:
