OVERVIEW
Before a User (Inspector) can work with Check Mobile App, User access must be arranged and the App itself must be installed and logged-into.

ARRANGING USER ACCESS TO CHECK APP
People with (or requiring) Damstra Safety User Access
People with existing Damstra Safety User Access who now require access to Check Mobile App can simply sign-in with their existing Damstra Safety credentials. See the section below, Install and Log-in to Check Mobile App, for help with this.
To setup Damstra Safety User Access for a person requiring it, please follow this article.
People without (and not requiring) Damstra Safety User Access
People without Damstra Safety User Access can be supplied with a one-time login Token for Check Mobile App. Click here for help with generating a Token. Once the Token is generated, see the section Install and Log-in to Check Mobile App for help with logging-in via the Token.
INSTALL AND LOG-IN TO CHECK MOBILE APP
- Download and install Check Mobile App:
- Once installed, Launch Check Mobile App and log-in using one of the following methods:
- For users with a Damstra Safety login:
Enter your Damstra Safety login credentials in the format username@damstra-safety-url.
For example, a User would sign in with john.smith@companyname-01.vaultgrc.com where the username john.smith is used to sign-in to the Damstra Safety system at the URL companyname-01.vaultgr.com. - Once entered, click Login:
- For users with a login token:
Tap Login with token, enter your Last Name and Token, then tap Validate:
- For users with a Damstra Safety login:
THE CHECK MOBILE APP HOME SCREEN
The Check Mobile App Home screen is setout as follows:
Menu Icon (Fig 1): Provides access to sections of the Check Mobile App, including:
- New Ad-hoc Check
- Notifications
- History
- Settings
Statistics Section (Fig 2): Shows the following information for the past 7 days:
- Number of Checks completed by you
- Number of Check-related actions assigned by you
Status Section (Fig 3): Shows the number of Checks assigned to you that are:
- Overdue
- Due today
- Due tomorrow
- Recurring
Inspections Section (Fig 4): Shows the details of any non-completed Checks assigned to you. It may be necessary to scroll to see all Checks.
