If you are experiencing an issue with one of our apps, then try the below 5 suggestions to resolve the issue:
- Don't reinstall the app
If you are experiencing an issue, this is the first thing not to do! Deleting and reinstalling the app makes it very difficult for us to troubleshoot. This should not be done in the first instance. - Check for the latest version, and update if you're not on it
The issue you are experiencing may have been resolved in a later update. Check your app store to ensure you have the latest version of the app. If you're not on the latest version, ensure you tap the Update button. - Sync the app
When data appears to be missing syncing the app usually resolves this problem. This is within the settings menu of your app. - Close the app/restart the app
This clears any temporary data and forces the app to reload everything. - Restart the device
This clears everything out of device memory and, like above, recreates all the operating system screens. If there are any hardware issues, this usually fixes them.
After trying all of these suggestions, if you continue to have any issue then you can submit a support request.
