The following video and procedure relates to Reporting a Risk via the Vault Web Portal. The result will be an risk report logged into the Risk Assessment Register within the Vault core system, ready to be managed.
Note: Depending on your Vault system settings some of the following fields may not be present, if so please proceed to the next step in the procedure.
