Product Update - Vault Check 30th September 2018

We are going to be updating our Vault Check (web portal and app) on Sunday 30th September between 8 pm and 12 am (AEST). During this time, the check web portal and app will be unavailable. This upgrade will not affect the core Vault service. This was initially planned for Monday 10th September, however, after some further testing and development, we decided it would be best to iron out the kinks in the update to be sure that we deliver a Vault Check that you will all love. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

 There will be a number of updates to the service, all of which are aimed at improving and adding functionality to the check service. 

Changes to expect:

• User-friendly interface/ left side menu navigation
• Improved search in check register which includes the ability to now search by user, template name, location and due date.
• Improved search in actions register which now includes the ability to search by action ID, subject,  user, due date and status
• Users can now edit checks once they have been completed to edit the location, title, description, change scores and add any actions/comments.
• Users can now export the check register into an excel spreadsheet
• Improved dashboard - users now have an overview of upcoming tasks (audits, checks and/or actions). Along with graphs to now show Completed, Planned and Actions created over the months from Check and/or Audit
