We are currently experiencing an issue where users are experiencing a 'no access' message on our Business Intelligence service.
This impacts users on our Azure AU service whose Vault URL contains -02.
We are currently investigating the cause of this and looking for a more permanent solution. To resolve this issue in the interim, please see the below instruction:
- From the Administration menu, open 'Schedule Management'
- Filter the page so that 'Access Filter' types are only shown, select the 'SiteFilter' schedule and click 'Run now'
- Please check that your reports are now showing data.
