Vault Notify - 2.3.1 available to Apple and Android stores from 22/08/2017

This version includes the following bug fixes:

• 701 -  No notification (Orange bar) is showing for unsubmitted forms which was saved on device
• 604 - Vault Notify allowing to assign to black level
• 717 -  Reorder Notify Tabs. Media -> Person -> Location
• 805 -  "Complete all required fields before submitting" not taking you back to the page of error
